Architectural Renovations – Orewa, Narrow Neck & Springs Road

We’ve been working across a number of renovation projects in Orewa, Narrow Neck, and Springs Road, each with its own unique scope and design.

One standout project is a high-end renovation in Orewa, where we’re involved from the early stages of the build. The home is already stunning in its original form, and the renovation is set to take it to another level.

Up in Mangawhai, Dan has been installing custom deck lighting for a high-end coastal property.

Outdoor lighting is one of the most effective ways to transform a space — especially for homes designed for entertaining.

This project focuses on:

  • Clean, precise installation of deck lighting

  • Creating a warm, ambient atmosphere for evenings
